Dr. Chris Arzadon

Dr. Chris Arzadon is a proud graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. She earned her doctorate in 1995 and opened her practice in her hometown of Virginia Beach. She is licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine and has extensive knowledge and skills in the Activator Methods technique.

Her chiropractic journey began during her freshman year of undergrad at George Mason University. At that time, she had years and years of chronic pain and had exhausted the limits of the medical profession to no avail. Out of desperation she searched for pain relief near her college. “Wow!  After that first adjustment I couldn’t believe what I had been missing,” she says. Soon after, she switched her degree focus to chiropractic.

Now, decades later, she has honed her skills to specialize in a low force high velocity adjustment that specifically moves the joint that is subluxated. She does not do “generalized” adjustments. Each adjustment is fine tuned to a specific joint or joints.

She adjusts head-to-toe of all ages. She has experience with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and other chronic illnesses.

In her free time, she loves to fish and keep aquariums. She is an animal lover with two dogs and four cats. She also loves crafts and listening to audiobooks.
